Refund Policy

TMS have a 30-day return policy, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to contact our team and request for a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must have the original receipt of proof of purchase, the item is in the same condition that it was received in, unused with tags and in its original packaging.

Once your return order has been processed and accepted, our team will send you a return shipping label with instructions on what to do next.

We will notify you once we have received and assessed your return.

Damages:
When you have received your order, please check that your product has been received in good condition. Please email us immediately with an image of the product if it has been damaged or if you have received the wrong item, we will evaluate and rectify this issue within 24 hours.

Exchanges:
You can exchange your items once we have confirmed your return request, once you have received confirmation, we will advise you on what to do next.

NON-Refundable items:
We do not accept refund for Items like custom products, personal care, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our team.

We do not provide refunds on sales items.
